Shipping & Returns:

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail for UK orders (FedEx for outside of UK). All customers are informed via email of confirmation of purchase and when item/s are dispatched.

You may return products bought from www.MarcusDove.com within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund. All we ask is that the products are returned in the same condition they were sent and in the original packaging. Simply email contact@marcusdove.com with your order number if you are not happy with your artwork so we can arrange a successful return. All emails are replied to within 24hours.

For Pyro Bloom artwork please expect upto 7 working days for delivery if ordering from within the UK (10 working days for delivery to addresses outside of the UK) as we will first need to order and assemble the frame you have chose.

For Limited Edition prints please expect upto 7days for delivery if ordering from within the UK (10 days for delivery to addresses outside of the UK).

Aluminium Prints are made to order. Please expect upto 10 days for delivery if ordering from within the UK (14 days for delivery to addresses outside of the UK).
